Private sessions last 1 hour and are recommended to occur twice per week. CBA training can be combined with other athletes to maximize competitive skills, or can be one-on-one. Sessions focus on speed, technique, endurance, agility and overall athleticism. Athletes will work directly with coaches to provide the most specific, goal-enhancing training session desired for each individual.
